Every yard is different, so these are honest starting points — the site walk turns them into a line-item number you sign off before anyone digs.
We measure the lot, read your sun, soil and drainage, and get straight about what your budget really buys. Credited in full toward your design if you move forward.
Your full set on paper — planting plan, hardscape layout, grading and irrigation schematic, plus a 3D concept render so you see the finished yard before a shovel moves. This is the drawing the whole build runs on.
Patios, walkways, steps, retaining walls and fire features — set on a proper compacted base so they stay flat through New England freeze-thaw. Bluestone, granite, clay pavers or fieldstone, laid by the crew that drew it.
Trees, shrubs, perennials and beds installed to the plan, in amended soil, mulched and staked. We plant for four seasons of interest — not one big spring show that vanishes by July.
Drip and zoned spray sized to your plantings, plus the grading, French drains and dry wells that move water away from your foundation instead of into your basement. Smart controller included.
The whole thing, one contact. We permit, schedule, source and manage every trade from breaking ground to grow-in — and the designer who drew your plan is on site the day the machines arrive. Billed by milestone.
